  • We have 30 days money back guarantee, 90 days replacement warranty for Genuine Laptop Battery and 180 days replacement warranty for other products. Verify model compatibility prior to bidding. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and Insurance is NOT refundable. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
  • Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $8 for shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund.
  • All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Defective products must be returned within 15 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
