**Shipping**

Please read carefully before making any purchases. I buy these items from a distributor as they are purchased from me. I do this so when you purchase item(s) it as fresh as it can be. I NEVER sell items that are expired or close to be expired. So please understand when you email and ask for an exp. date unless one is listed, I dont know because I dont keep them here at my house. But, I do want you to know nothing will ever be or close to being expired.

Occassionally  my distributor will become out of stock on some items. If this happens I will email you letting you know the item was unavailable and I will promptly return your money back to your paypal account. It never hurts to email me and check before you actually make a payment. I answer emails very quickly.

When purchasing multiple items please know I cannot combine shipping on everything. Large boxes like chips and styrofoam cups are just examples of items I cannot combine on. Again, please just email me and ask. Some items come in large boxes and cannot be combined on however if you allow me to take the items out of their original boxes and empty them into one large box that can reduce shipping prices or make it possible to combine.

*Shipping prices*

 Shipping is expensive. Prices are what they are. If you dont agree with my shipping price then please dont bid/buy.

International shipping

I do welcome international sales however it is expensive to ship to other countries. When I can, I will use large flat rate boxes but that's expensive at 53.95. I dont make these prices up. They come from United States Postal Service. There are many items I cannot ship to other countries. For example Medicinal items cannot be shipped to other countries. At least I wont ship them. I do check the prohibited items lists posted at USPS.Com before I ship anything to other countries. If its prohibited, expect your money back.

*Returns*

This is another subject I dont care for LOL. If you get an item and it's different than what you purchased email me and I will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. If you want a refund you will have to return the item. The item no matter what it is cannot be opened or tampered with in any way. You, the buyer are responsible to pay for that shipping. If you want a replacement item, you pay to ship it back to me and then I will pay to ship it back to you. That seems very fair to me. If you refuse to send them item back for any reason I will not refund any money. I pay for these items that I have listed. Nothing is free to me. If you need to send it back to me I have to be able to send it back to the distributor. I take pictures of EVERYTHING I send out from now on so I will know if it has been tampered with. I highly suggest when you return something to any seller, not just me you spend the 1.00 and some change to get a signature confirmation!!

*Handling time*

Most items have a 5 day handling time. The reason for this is again I dont keep these items here at my house. Id have to live in a large warehouse LOL. The distributor is 60 miles each way from my house. I like to go just 2 times a week but I will go more if my sales warrant that need. Then most items are sent parcel post mail. Parcel post mail is less expensive saving you money but it takes anywhere from 2 to 9 days. Take this into consideration with the 5 day handling time. So if you need something by the weekend and its Monday you probably want to ask about priority mail prices and when I am actually going to the distributor.

*MY Feedback*

My feedback is very important to me. I have worked hard to get it to where it is. Recently Ebay invited to me become a Power Seller and I enjoy this status. It is very important that my DSR's stay at a certain point so I may keep this status. In order to ask you, the buyer, to give me 5 star ratings I need to provide you with excellent service. Therefore when it comes to communication I answer emails as quickly as possible. When it comes to shipping charges I am offering you a refund IF you pay more than what it cost to ship your item to you. I also provide the actual cost of shipping on the paypal label. My handling time is as I stated. It COULD take 2 weeks to reach you but it doesnt usually take that long. I describe every item to the best of my ability taking most descriptions straight from the distributors site.

My home is NOT smoke free and I do have pets. Most items come into my home straight from the distributor, they get packaged, labeled and shipped the next day. They are barely in my house for 24 hours but if this bothers you then please dont bid or buy.

My prices are as listed, I dont negotiate on listed prices what you see is what you get. I dont give discounts because you need 100 of these or 50 of those. The only thing that you may get a discount on is shipping.
