Yes, if you need to return goods for any other reason, you must do so within 7 days of receipt of the order. Email us for a Returns Number at channelsales@makingitgreen.co.uk and we will send you an authorised Returns Number. Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original
unopened packaging. Your return package must contain the Returns Number. Postage is your responsibility.
