Payment

·         Buyer: Paypal or Payment on delivery. 

·         No Additional Charges for paying by PAYPAL.

·         Please pay within 7 days upon receiving our invoice. 

Postage & Packaging

·         Only actual Postage will be charged.  Packaging is FREE.  (We will state that in our description if we have to charge packaging.)

·         We will use good recycled/used envelopes for posting.  This is not to save that few cents on cost but is just our little efforts to save our poor Earth.

·         No handling cost or hidden cost.  No one likes to receive bills with unreasonable charges and we are not going to do that to our customers.

·         Orders are normally shipped the next day after payment except for weekends or public holidays.

·         Good Commemorative stamps are used for postage.

·         Combine shipping for multiple purchases are always welcome.

·         Registered/recorded Mail: US$2.00.

·         Unregistered items sent at buyer’s risk.

Return Policy

·         All kiloware and collection/lot are sold "AS-IS" and is not returnable.

·         Full refund will be given for material sold not as described or rejected by your customs authority.

·         If you have received a wrong item, you may keep them at no cost.  We will bear all the cost to send you the correct item.

·         Postage & Packaging fees are not refundable for any returns.

·         If you are unsatisfied with any purchases (other than kiloware & lot/collection/mixture), you may send the item back within 10 days for local purchases and 20 days for overseas. The item must be in original packing, as received, and intact. Actual cost will be refunded.
