USA Shipping

• Free shipping is only valid for US orders with standard shipping.
• During the holiday season (Nov-Jan) please allow extra time for delivery
• We do not ship to APO/FPO Box. 
• For domestic shipments we ship to:  Continental US including Alaska & Hawaii and all US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc)
• Orders weighing under 1lb. will be delivered via USPS Standard Mail which has a 3-10 business day delivery.  Orders under $11.000 will not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number.
• Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. A fee will be required to resend the item back out.
• Shipping will not be refunded if there is a carrier delay or missed delivery
• Insurance is not required but it is HIGHLY recommended as we are NOT responsible for any carrier delays, damages, lost packages or wrong address deliveries.
• All orders including overnight and express shipments are sent out within 1-4 business days.  Once it leaves our warehouse it will be there in the time paid for.
• We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in California.
• There are no exceptions to our shipping policy
• Local pickup at our Oxnard, CA warehouse is allowed.  Please contact us before picking up so we can make sure we carry your item(s) at this warehouse.

International Shipping

• FREE SHIPPING IS NOT VALID for orders outside the USA!
• Shipping to any country outside the USA is a FLAT fee for the entire order of $1.99 for shipping and a $0.50 handling charge. Total of $2.49 for your entire order.

Payment

• After you won the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address.
• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card.
  (e-checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).

• Payments are expected within 9 days of auction completion Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions.

At The Cell Shop our customers are our number one priority!  Your satisfactions is important to us.  If you have questions regarding your order, or you feel that you have a problem with your order please contact us for a resolution before leaving feedback.  We appreciate the opportunity to have a fair transaction.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to issue an RMA # so you can return your order.
• Refund amount will be the product price less the actual cost of shipping to you and a 10% restocking fee.  We must be notified within 30 days of receipt.  To get an RMA # issued please contact us.  Shipping the item back to us is at the cost of the buyer.
• For any return, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.
• Shipping the item back to The Cell Shop is at the cost of the buyer.
• RMA # must be issued in order to send back any returns.  All packages without an RMA will be refused and sent back to return address on the package.
