1) All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA Number.
2) Return shipping charges are to be borne by buyer. The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
3) Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, refund will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
4)We guarantee against any defective products. Full refund (no including shipping and handling) will be issued for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented product within fifteen days (15). Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee for all returned products.
5) Warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period..
