One year warranty from Manufacturer. However, if your local Service Center can't repair or does not know how to repair it, then you need to send it back to our company and we will then settle it with our Singapore Service Center of the manufacturer. Once the repair is done, then our company will ship back the item to the buyer through registered air mail.

If the item is defective within 7 days after receiving the item, please kindly contact us and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality and no refund will be issued. Return must be in like new condition. There is a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.

Only when the replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued. However, the shipping & handling cost and insurance are not refundable.

For both replacing or repairing case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost in sending back to Singapore and we will be responsible for charges incurred in returning the item back to buyer. However, if the returned item is not faulty, then the buyer also have to pay for the shipping and handling fees for returning the item back to buyer.

An insured and tracked shipping method is advised for all returned shipments. We will not refund or replace any item that is lost or damaged in the returned shipment.

We accept payment by Paypal Or Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro through Paypal. (Note: If paying by eCheque through PayPal, your shipment can be delayed by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal. Once your eCheque payment is cleared, your item will be posted out within 1 - 2 working days.

We don't accept personal/business cheque and postal order.

A: The item will be posted out via Fedex Express Courier Service from South East Asia, Singapore. Normally it will take 2 - 5 working days to reach (excluding weekends and holidays) if there is no delay in custom clearance.

Q: Will there be any warranty on the products?

A: One year warranty from the manufacturer. For details, please kindly refer back to our "Return / Warranty" section.  

Q: Do you combine shipment for multiple purchases? Am I required to pay the shipping cost for each additional purchase?

A: We do accept combine shipment for multiple purchases. Please wait until all of the auctions have ended and then email us. We will then send you a combined ebay invoice. If the items are purchased from different shipping profiles, we will then calculate the shipping costs and process the first item with the higher shipping fee. If applicable, all additional items will be processed at their discounted shipping rate automatically.

Q: If item is lost during the shipment, will I get a new replacement?

A: Since the insurance is compulsory, thus we will definitely resend a new replacement once the delivery company has confirmed that the item is lost. 

Q: If the parcel is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address or some other reasons, will I need to pay the postage again for resending the item? 

A: Yes. The buyer will have to pay the £20 postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address is updated with Paypal.

Q: Do I need to pay for custom tax / VAT?

A: We will declare all the shipped items as a "Gift" with low value on the shipping document. With this method, it will help to reduce the chances of being taxed. However, the buyers are responsible for all the tax imposed by their country government if there is any tax as it is beyond our control. 

Q: Why did I not hear from you after sending the payment?

A: Normally, after receiving the payment from you, we will instantly send you a payment received email. Once the item posted out, we will also send you another dispatched email. Thus, by right, you should receive at least 2 emails from us for the whole transaction. If you did not receive any email from us, then most likely our emails were filtered out by your Spam software. Thus, please kindly check your "Spam" folder instead. If not, you may contact us again via ebay systems.

Q: Can I cancel my bidding if realized that I had bid a wrong item?

A: Yes. You can cancel the transaction, but you are required to pay the fee that involved on this transaction.
