FURTHER ACCOUNTING DETAILS

  • A user can login to their account and view all of their charges & posting fees.
  • A user can make a realtime payment to their account using PayPal.com, PayByCheck.com, Nochex.com, 2CheckOut.com, using one of these the users account will be auto credited in realtime reflecting the payment made to their accounting file. (Must have one or more of the merchant accounts listed to be able to use this feature, this can be turned on or off)
  • The user can store their Credit Card for manual monthly billing. (Must have a merchant account to use this feature, this can be turned on by the site owner)
  • When a user post a new auction item, it checks to see if the user has their Credit Card info stored for monthly billing, and if not, it takes them to the Credit Card input screen before they can post an auction. (This feature can be turned on or off by the site owner)
  • If you don't use the Credit Card feature above for billing, this can be turned on and the auction will check the users account for a minimum balance be for they can post a new auction item, if below the minimum balance they will be taken to a payment screen. (This feature can be turned on or off by the site owner)
  • Auto monthly invoice to all users with a negative account balance. (This feature is turned on as default but can be tuned off if not required)
  • The webmaster/Admin can login to the accounting administration and select the users account to view, there the admin can credit a users account, delete a users account, and send an invoice to the user and much more.

Domain Name

This website will require a domain name before it can be installed.

Completion

Upon receiving your hosting subscription, your website will be installed, tested and handed over to you within 48 hours.

Full ownership will pass to the buyer once the hosting subscription has been created.  After this it is up to the buyer to create regular backups of their site and to ensure that the site content remains legal.

This item is NOT covered by the distance selling act as it will be customized to meet the buyer requirements BEFORE it is handed over.  This includes the attaching of the buyers domain name.

Other Important Notes

As this is an online business we recommend that buyers have a basic html knowledge.  Some of the site features detailed above will require small alterations to the website script via cPanel.  We will supply the described site in a ready to go state, it is then website owners responsibility for any changes that they may want making such as sellers fees, email addresses etc.  Website owners may request such changes to be made by us but such work will be charged for.

A knowledgebase is available via our members hosting control panels.  This area is being updated daily and contains quick answeres to popular questions that we receive via our ticket system.  Our support desk is open Monday - Friday,  9am till 5.30pm.  Sat - Sun will be subject to a reduced service.   Support is given via email & live chat only.

We also offer a basic customization service but If you require any major changes you should seek the advice of a website developer.

Hosting payments are to be made in advance of the service being received.  Late payments will be subject to a £2.99 charge.
