Returns and Exchanges - You may return your merchandise at buyer expense for a refund or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds - Refunds issued will include merchandise charges as well as shipping charges. Please note that we do subtract a $2.95 processing fee from each refund. The refund processing fee is charged per order and not per item. All orders over $50 including shipping will be charged a 15% processing fee. Canada and International Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. To avoid paying the $2.95 processing fee, please consider exchanging the unwanted merchandise. All refunds are returned in the same form as payment.

Damaged Items - All merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipment. If your merchandise has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Warranty - Accessory Export offers a 30 day warranty on all products purchased from us. If your merchandise becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer service department for replacement. Branded merchandise may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty that will extend your warranty period. We recommend visiting the manufacturer website for warranty details.
