Returns Policy
Returns can be accepted within
30 days of posting an item.

Lost Item
If item is lost in the post please let us know as soon as possible. Pls. note that Royal mail advises to allow up to 15 working days before they will take any action. We suggest if at all possible to allow 7-10 days.We will arrange for replacements to be posted as soon as practical.
Faulty Item
If item malfunctions please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will arrange for replacement item to be sent within 24 hours after receiving the faulty item. If item is faulty we will also refund return postal costs
Item Bought in Error
Item/s bought in error can be returned for refund or exchange. Returned items must be in original and saleable condition.
There will be restocking and handling charge of 20% of total value if refund is requested. Buyer will have to pay for the return postal costs.
