We offer full warranty for 1 year and 2 years parts warranty after the first year and we are still able to keep our prices low. Please keep in mind that any returns (defective and/or damage) must be made within 7 days from the receipt of the item.

  • Defective - Please e-mail us at within the 7-day period to get an instruction as to how to obtain an RMA number. Products damaged beyond resellable condition due to misuse, abuse or accident will be returned to customer's freight collect. We will exchange any defective products free of charge. Refunds are not available for defective items.
  • Damaged - Please e-mail us within the 7-day period to inform us about the shipping damage. Please provide details of the damage on the LED display sign.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please send any returns or defective items by insured freight pre-paid back to Mega Sign Technology, Inc., 1561 W. Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90006. Returns without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.
