in a very small number of countries (such as Australia).
We are a serious iPhone seller and we maintain sufficient stock levels of all iPhone models and colours everyday. There have been people in the past who thought that the price stated on this listing is for 2 iPhones because the picture shows 2 iPhones. Unless stated otherwise at the top of this page, kindly

Officially
& Legally Unlocked by Apple (the IMEI number has been registered as
being "unlocked" in the Apple database), this means you can enjoy all
firmware updates in the future.
Kindly note
that if your phone is not unlocked officially (in other words it was
unlocked with a software hack or a Turbo SIM), your phone will be
locked again if you update your firmware and it may not be possible to
re-unlock it - so do not risk buying these phones, even though they may be cheaper.
For
your information, the iPhone purchased from AT&T in USA cannot be
officially unlocked, you can only unlock it with a software hack or
with a Turbo SIM. Our stock comes from Australia and Apple allows
official unlocking here.
As far as iPhones are
concerned, the word "unlocked" you see in eBay advertisements does not
always mean officially unlocked. Many sellers sell the iPhone as
"unlocked" but only with a software hack or a Turbo SIM or its variant
(such as i-Smart SIM, Universal SIM, Yes SIM, Gevey SIM, X SIM, and
many others), however they do not work as well as an official unlock. Software hack and Turbo SIM may have problems with certain mobile carriers or SIM cards, such as occasional loss of signal or slow 3G speed. Others may mention the words "can be unlocked", which means it is not actually unlocked and may only become unlockable in the future.
Regarding
Turbo SIM specifically, there are many of them which only work for a
couple of hours before they need to be replaced, and your battery will also run out faster because there is an extra device inserted into the phone. Also
be careful because there are Turbo SIM's which are soldered inside the
phone so you cannot see it, if it is too cheap then it almost certainly
has Turbo SIM.
Once
again, you can upgrade our phone to the Latest Firmware because it has been
officially unlocked. It does not suffer from problems commonly seen
with Turbo SIM or software hack.

Apple only provides iPhone warranty in the original country of purchase, so you will need to ship it back to Australia. We can help you pass it on to Apple Australia as long as you pay the shipping costs.
Some sellers state that the iPhone comes with
international warranty - this is not true and Apple only provides international warranty for products other than iPhone.
To determine if your phone is under
warranty, Apple will simply check it from the serial number, you don't need to
give them any proof of purchase. Once you receive your phone you can
also check your warranty expiry date on https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do.
Kindly
note that the plug for the charger is built for Australia, but the charger itself accepts 100V - 240V so you
do not need to buy a new charger (just the plug is enough). There are
many plugs being sold on eBay, simply look for "iPhone plug" or even "MacBook plug" which is essentially the same plug. You can also charge the phone through the USB cable if you don't want to buy the plug.
For overseas customers, your order will be shipped
from Sydney (Australia) with the FedEx Priority service (usually 2-3
working days to major countries).
For Australian customers, shipping will be via Registered Post (usually 1-2 working
days to most metro areas, except Perth).
