刘雨岑，1904年一1969年，原名玉成，后改雨岑，雨诚，斋名觉庵，别号澹湖鱼，六十岁后雅称巧翁。安徽太平人，客居江西鄱阳，15岁就读于饶州江西省立笫二乙种工业学校，为潘匋宇的弟子，一九二二年来景，为当时瓷画肖像名家朱受芝的乘龙快婿，擅长陶瓷粉彩花鸟。早年受华喦的绘画艺术影响，中年深得任伯年、新罗山人的绘画艺术精髓，逐形成清新雅丽的绘画风格。。
