2. International Shipping via DHL Global Mail
- Items for postage will be sent by local postal agency
- All postage charges will be advised differently due to different weight of items purchased
- Item will be shipped out within the same day or within the next working day once payment is received.
3. Returns Policy
- Tech-eForte has a strict no-returns policy regarding unwanted items.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 30 days of the item being sent out.
- Customers must send faulty items back to me for testing.
- If the item is faulty, Tech-eForte will send a replacement by Registered Post and fully reimburse the customer for the cost of posting the item back to us. Tech-eForte will offer a refund for the item only when it is faulty and we do not have a replacement in-stock.
- If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back (at our expense) to the customer and no reimbursement will be made for either the item or initial and return postage & handling fees
- Tech-eForte will records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back. Any faulty item claims will be voided if the item is returned in anything less than its original condition and no reimbursement will be made.
- Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage (initial or return) will only be considered if the item was sent via registered post.
