What is Battey Desulfator?

It is an electronic device that can eliminate and prevent the sulfation(PbSO4) crystal accumulated on internal plates. The sulfation crystal (the white residue) is one of the products when battery discharging reaction.

Charging:
2PbSO4 + 2H20 -> Pb + PbO2 + 2H2SO4

Discharging:
Pb + PbO2 + 2H2SO4 -> 2PbSO4 + 2H20

It should be return to Pb or PbO2 plates when charging. But some of the sulfation can’t be return and reside on the plates. As time goes by, the accumulated sulfation will stop the plates react with sulfuric acid. Battery “die” gradually.

By eliminating and preventing sulfation, the electrode plate can return to its original status. The chemical reaction can restore to new battery status as possible. It can repair, and revive your battery. And extend the lifespan of battery.
