 Description Postage and payments

This is an old publication of  "Your Rights As A Consumer" reference book. It is locally written and published.   Book is in great condition, except for a few markings on the contents page, there are no signs of markings anywhere else. First bought it for $15.35, as you can see in the picture. Pages show a bit of yellowing, but there are no dog-ears on the book.
