Doll is about 14 1/4" high. He is in good condition. He has a few hard to see lines that look like pencil marks but do not erase off. One is under his heart on his chest one is on his left upper leg and a couple on his back. He has a spot on the back of his tin man suit. He has a few dirty spots also. He is made out of hard plastic. The back is marked and reads "Presents TM 1939 Loew's 1966 MGM 1987 Turner Made In China".
