If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their unused & original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange if the item purchased is faulty or damaged. Otherwise; we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange (excludes original delivery charge) based on any other reasons. Sale products are non-returnable. We strongly recommend buyers to check the measurements before bidding for any items, if none is listed please email us. We will be glad to provide them for your reference. 

Auction Listings Return Policy:

All return policy are the same as the above except that full/partial refunds will be issued in the form of store credits.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless otherwise agreed upon.
