Approximate measurements are:
12 1/8" X 33 1/2" floor space
17" height

There are 6 rooms + a 2nd floor patio.

This item is in typical vintage / used condition.
There is minor damage as is consistent with age and use.
There are several small dings on the roof and in the corners of the house.
Some of the tabs used in assembly are broken off.
There is little rust, scrapes, and scratches.
Much of the furniture is original to the house... some is not.
Some of the furniture is broken, such as:
yellow couch has been repaired; headboard on bed has substantial piece broken off; some legs bent and lamps broken.
It is in "played with" condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This house will be mailed via USPS parcel post assembled "as is".
The box will be very large.
