This vintage 1950's metal litho dollhouse measures 22" wide, 19" tall and 12" deep. It is a two story brick colonial with five rooms. At the peak, on each side, is the date 1766. The rooms included are a baby's nursery, bathroom, kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The graphics are colorful and bright . The bottom has rust as pictured. There are a few areas throughout with small, light rust areas. This is minor, in my opinion, and does not detract from this vintage collectible. The roof is blue and has a chimney. The front and sides are landscaped with shrubs and vines. All the tabs are there. It is waiting to be furnished and played with once again. They don't make them like this anymore.
