All SALES are FINAL. Once the sale has been made and if the product meets the description given, I will only exchange the merchandise if it is defective. Items found to be defective will be replaced provided that the buyer shoulders the shipping fee when returning the items. Seller has the option of either shipping a replacement item or providing a refund (less the shipping and handling costs). Seller will shoulder the shipping fee for the replacement items. Buyer has 3 days after item has been received to report any defect. If you have problems after that, I can assist you but you would have to pay for any fees that may be incurred.
Please request for a RMA number before sending back your item. |
