<> Cost of maintenance fee. This is dictated by the home resort. You only need to pay for even years. However, if you pay this year for 2008 maintenance fee the cost is USD$246 (Price quoted by resort as of March 2007). I did not pay for maintenance fee for Y2008.
<> Deposit your 1 week if youe are unable to travel on the designated year. It will be valid for 2 years.
