|
|
This is a vintage metal registering bank in the shape of a cash register from the 1930s made by DURABLE TOY & NOVETY CORP. PATERSON NJ. It is approximately 6-1/8" tall, 4-1/2" wide, 5-1/4" front to back. This bank cannot be opened until it reaches $10 in coins .... then, the bottom front plate pivots back so the coins can be removed. Instructions are painted on the back. This bank does work well. It had old coins when I purchased it and I had to put new coins in it till it reach the $10 amount so I could shake out all the coins and it automatically reset to 00.00. On a scale of 1 to 10, this bank is about a 9.8. There's a couple of dings on the edge of the top slot and around the plate where the bank opens.International bidders, contact us for shipping calculation. We combine shipping for multiple purchases.
