This auction is for a vintage tin Marx dollhouse.  This dollhouse is in very good used condition.  It is clean with no rust, only a few small scratches or scuffs.  The patio is slightly dented or bent.  Comes with the furniture that is pictured.  The furniture is not original to the house.  It is marked superior brand.  The headboard for the double bed has a broken lamp.  I propped it up for the picture, but it is not attached.  The back of the blue chair is broken away.   I don't think the chimney is original because the color is slightly different from the patio, but it still works well.  This dollhouse is one of the nicest tin dollhouses I have seen.  If you live in my area, pick-up can be arranged.
