This vintage tin cannister dates back to the late 1970s-early 1980s. It features Holly Hobbie in three scenes around the tin. In one she is stirring ingredients in a bowl, in another she is mixing batter, and in the third(shown) she is carrying a platter with her cat trailing behind her. The tin was manufactured by Cheinco of Livingston NJ, and the logo is stamed on the base of the item. The cannister is in very good condition for its age with a minimum of paint loss, most of which is on the inside of the lid. There are three small dents in the lid and one larger one in the cannister, which can be seen in the photo. I am not sure if the one in the cannister can be gently tapped out as I have not tried to do so myself. A close-up of this distress is available via email. The cannister measures 7 1/2" in height with a diameter of 5 1/2". Thanks for looking.
