Postal orders made payable to Arrow Models are also accepted. We no longer accept personal cheques. Shipping costs are for the UK mainland excluding parts of the highlands and islands. For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us for a quote.  For Next Day delivery, payment must be received by 1 p.m.

In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations there is a 7 day cooling off period on all sales.  Goods can be returned within this period for a full refund. However they must be returned unopened and in the original and undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for insurance and return carriage costs.
