This is a used item & still in good working condition.  My wife bought it in Malaysia & used it for abt 6 weeks because she had forgotten to bring her other one with her during the trip.  We've cleaned it up before listing for sale.  Buyer may sterilise again before use.  Sale includes whatever is shown in the pix.  Note that there is no AC/DC adapter or batteries included.  My wife had been using rechargeable batteries in the unit.

Note: Buyer is to test the item during collection ie feel that the motor is working fine & there is suction. No refund will be given after that.
