Circa 1930's pencil signed etching of the University of Maryland Law School in Baltimore. Plate measures 8 1/4 by 11 1/4 inches on a sheet of 12 1/2 y 15 1/2 . Number 2 from an edition of 100.  Good clean condition. The artist is James Horsey Fincken (1860-1943). US shipping is free.
