Exchange Policy (Only if product(s) fail to work)

  1. The exchange policy is only for people who received their products and it failed to work within 7 days after it is sent out.
  2. The buyer will have to pay the postage and handling charges for both ways to and fro to me. The charges for the replacement will be notified to the buyer and the buyer is required to pay that amount before the replacement is sent out.
  3. If the reported item is found to be working fine, the buyer will have to pay a penalty fee of SGD$3.00 before the item will be sent back to the buyer. This rule is created to prevent abuse of the Exchange Policy.
  4. Items has to be in original condition when reaches me. If item is found to be mishandled, the penalty fee of SGD$3.00 applies.
  5. If the buyer refuses to pay the postage and handling charges and/or the penalty fee, the item will be retained and no refund or replacement will be returned at all.
  6. If items are lost or damaged during postage, I will not be responsible for it.
  7. I reserve the rights to change this policy any time without any notice.
