This is Folk Craft stoneware by Tienshan.

It is made in China.

 It is a green  sponge painted pattern. It says it is Folk Craft by Tienshan on the back.

 This is a bowl measuring about 9" wide. There is a green sponge painted apple in the center.  This bowl is very attractive to use or for decorative purposes. I see no chips or cracks.
