These are very Special TIBETAN METEORITE VAJRA /
DORJE from a Tibetan Monastery in Tibet.
The Vajra or Dorje is the quintessential symbol of the Indestructible Path of the Diamond Vehicle of Vajrayana Buddhism,
appearing in both its name and as the appellation or prefix of a host of Vajra
named divinities, attributes and qualities.
The Sanskrit term, Vajra, means the hard or mighty one, and its Tibetan equivalent, Dorje, means the lord of stones.
This implies an indestructible harness and brilliance
like a diamond, the adamantine stone that cannot be cut or broken.
Essentially, the Buddhist
Vajra symbolizes the
Impenetrable,
Imperishable, Immovable, Immutable, Indivisible
and Indestructible State
of Absolute Reality

In Verdic India, the Vajra was originally the Chief Weapon or ThunderBolt of the Great
Sky God, Indra.
Through Its power. Indra was able
to control the thunder and lightning of the monsoon rains and slay nine
times ninety vritras or dragons.
As a thunderbolt, the Vajra may be equated with the meteorite hammer~bolt~scepter of the Teutonic
Sky God, Zeus as well as the 3 thunderbolts of the Roman
God, Jupiter.
Meteorite Iron or Sky Iron, also known as gNam Cags, is the supreme substance for forging
the physical representation of the Vajra or other iron
weapons, since the metal has already been tempered by the Gods in its passage
across the Heavens.
The indivisibility of form and emptiness is a perfect
metaphor for the image of a meteorite, which blazes out of the voidness of
space as a shooting star or fireball which than explodes upon the surface of
the earth into fragments of fused iron.
The Tibetan plateau, with its high altitude, thin
atmosphere and desolate landscape received an abundance of meteorite iron in
ancient times and as a act of sympathetic magic, a piece of this iron is
sometimes returned to its original site after forging of these tantric items.
These Vajra were forged
from these Sky Iron and other metal
elements to result in an everlasting symbol of the Male Principle, which
is usually held on the Right Palm during Tantric Rituals.
The Female Principle, which is the Ghanta
or Drilbu ( Bell ) is held on the Left Palm.
