• E-CHEQUES: Please note that e-cheques can take up to 10 days to clear, so I would prefer it if you do not use this method of payment. If you do, your item despatch will be delayed until payment has cleared.
• Local Collection: If you live locally you can always collect from me to save postage.
• Prompt payments appreciated! I ask that payments are received by me within 7 days of the auction ending, and reserve the right to re-list the item after this time has passed if I have not had any correspondence from you.
• RETURNS POLICY: I am confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however I am happy for you to return the item(s) for a refund, less outward postage, if you are not. You will also be responsible for the return postage costs.

• Purchase of my items is acceptance of my postage and packing charges.
• Combined Postage: I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO COMBINE POSTAGE COSTS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES BUT THIS DOES NOT ALWAYS RESULT IN CHEAPER POSTAGE, this is due to the Royal Mail size/weight criteria (i.e. several "large letter" items could become a "packet" when combined as one parcel).
• Postage Time: Items will be posted as soon as possible after payment is received to my account. Please note that I usually allow 4 working days for cheque clearance.
• Posting Days: I can usually get to the Post Office Monday to Friday but do not post on Saturdays. Therefore if you purchase your item on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then it will be posted on Monday, unless you receive an email from me to the contrary.
• Proof of Posting: I always get a Certificate of Posting for each parcel sent.
• Recorded Delivery can be added if required for the current Royal Mail rate, if not already included in the costs quoted.
• International Shipping rates should be quoted in the item listing.
• My collector's bears will all be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (over £30 purchase price). This should be included in the postage quoted. If not this can be added when you pay.
  

• All sales are final. I do not sell anything I would not want to buy myself, and every used item is thoroughly checked over before listing to ensure that my description is as accurate as possible.
• Purchase of additional items: I am happy to hold any items purchased if you are awaiting the outcome of any additional auction items I am selling.
• Check before you buy! I cannot be held responsible for items purchased in error, so please ensure the item is what you want before buying. In particular, please note that any videos sold in my shop are UK VHS/PAL format and will NOT play in Canada or the United States.
• CREST SPINBRUSH REFILLS: These come in a variety of colours. Unless you request a particular colour you could receive any of the colours illustrated. Please note that I do not have any completely plain white ones, they are all white with a coloured stripe. All requests are met according to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• I am a working mum who has been selling on eBay since October 2005. All the items I sell are in good, clean condition. I have high standards and I would never dream of selling anything I would not want to buy myself.
• All clothing items come washed, aired and ready to wear.
• I try to describe my items as accurately as possible and try to include good quality digital photographs. If you would like an additional picture or two please ask and I will try to help if I have time.
• I try to use recycled materials and boxes for my packaging, so your item could appear to be something else when it arrives! Please try to re-use the jiffy bags etc that I send your items in.

• Queries: If you have any queries at all please let me know straight away. I am proud of my feedback rating and would like to be given the opportunity to sort out any problems before any negative feedback is left. I have found that most issues can be sorted easily so long as I know what is going on!
• Despatch Notice: I usually send you a message via eBay once your item has been despatched, but if your item appears to have got lost please let me know. Leaving feedback (hopefully positive!) is the best way of letting me know that you have received your item and that you are happy with it. I will then leave feedback for you.
