Thomas the Tank Engine fall early winter coat new with tags. Size 0 I WOULD SAY A SIZE 12 MONTHS. This is a nice jacket Silver/gray, with black trim and sleeves. Zip front with removeable hood, front pockets. Has a Thomas on the left side and a 1 with Thomas the tank Engine on the top of the pocket.  Here are some measurements the length is  17 1/2" across the front chest is 15 1/2"  the sleeve length from under the arm is 7". Outer shell is nylon, hood and collar are Polyester, and Polyester fill.
