I know it sends an automatic invoice using USPS but unless someone emails me with specific request,  I like UPS since they have a better tracking method so a lot of times if the price is close enough to USPS I will ship UPS. I do not charge a handling fee and in the case I do not estimate the weight with packaging correctly I will refund any difference over 1.00
