1. Item only self pick up or view at Ang Mo Kio Ave 6 Block 123 car park at seller's convenience. No other place in S’pore.

2. Cash deal and winner must collect item within two days after listing ends.

3. Sms/e-mail to offer price will surely not be entertained.

4. For those without an eBay account, if you’re interested in my item(s), please contact me via hp, collect and pays cash for item(s) at pick up location mentioned in T&C number 1 A.SA.P. My listing will not end unless you transfer full buying amount to me. If another ebayer bids the item, you will have to match the price.

5. Strictly no mailing. All items only CASH DEAL at pick up location.
