You are looking at a Strong Magnets with lots of Stapler.
These are especially made and the stapler are those already removed from document to give it a distinct shape.

Very hard to make and takes lots of time and effort to get these stapler out. The magnets already cost me $8 bucks.

Further more you can reshape the sculpture into what ever "Hairstyle" you like.
Great item for display!!!

Also a good chance for teachers to teach about Magnetism.
