This is a Springfield Barometer. It has Made in the U.S.A. on it and on the second meter, the barometer, the number 1702 is under the name Springfield.
The top meter is a thermometer, then the barometer, and the third is a humidity meter. The case is a wood looking plastic. It has a brass looking handle on top and a hook on the back to hang.
I do not know it this is accurate, but there are holes in the back to adjust it, if needed.
I do not know the age of this item, but it appears to be quite old.
This Springfield barometer is used. I see a small scratch on the thermometer cover and there is a small chip in the bottom corner of the back. The chip will not show at all then it is hung. The scratch is minimal.
