• For XBOX 360, we will state in our description if item is REGION CODING or UNIVERSAL CODING.
• For Nintendo DS / GBA and  Sony PS3 / PSP, these games are REGION FREE.
• All our Sony PS2 and Nintendo Wii games are only offered in NTSC format

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Stock Availability - As our items are sold worldwide on eBay, there may be instances where more popular items become out of stock quickly. In this case, we offer our customers the below options:
  • Wait for our next batch of products to arrive - item bought will be sent to you once the stock arrives.
  • Request for a REFUND to cancel the order and we will return any cost paid via interbank transfer
• Payment Methods - We accept interbank transfer with the following banks:

• Services Not Offered - For a hassle free transaction, we DO NOT provide the following services:
  • CASH ON DELIVERY
  • MEETUPs AT MRT STATION

SHIPPING

• Shipping  - FREE for items above SGD50! No hidden cost. For items that cost less than SGD50, we offer local postage via registered post, as this provides you with a tracking number so you can trace your product right to your doorstep.
• Packaging - All packages will be packed with care to prevent any potential shipping damage. All packages are sent out the next business day once payment is received.
• Delivery - Where free delivery applies, this will be sent via local courier. Our logistics personnel will contact you to make arrangement for delivery time at your convenience.
• Estimated Delivery Date - For local mailing, estimated delivery date is around 2-3 business days. Should you not received your item within this stipulated timeframe, do check out with your LOCAL AREA mailing agency.
• Lost Product - Should you not find it in your local mailing agency. please contact us within 1 week to let us trace the product for you.

RETURNS POLICY

• FAULTY PRODUCTS
  • Any faulty items must be returned in original packaging within 30 days after you have emailed us on product issue.
  • Our service center will test the product for your warranty claims. Upon confirmation of item's fault, we will send a replacement to you and fully reimburse your shipping cost.
  • Should the product be Out-of-stock or End-of-Line, we will offer a REFUND to you.
   
• DAMAGE in TRANSIT  - Should the item be damaged during shipping, we will consider an exchange only if the product cannot function as it should function.
