Softcover book in used but good condition considering the age.  Cover shows signs of age - rubbing and some spine wear.  Pages are clean and bound tightly.

Shipping from Canada to the USA can take 2 – 3 weeks.  For International buyers, we suggest Airmail as it could take months if shipped surface mail. We get our Postage Rates from www.canadapost.com - small packet or regular parcel post (for the larger items).  Packages may be held up at the border, which may cause further delays (this has only happened on a couple of occasions to my customers to my knowledge).
