I will accept returns if I misrepresent a item . If I misrepresnt a item buyers will recieve a full refund. If items are returned for any other reason Buyer pays shipping cost plus selling fees. No returns on hardware if item has been removed from factory package.Most replacement hardware is a shiny / bright color unless stated otherwise no returns for this reason. I am more than happy to work with buyers to resolve problems and will stand behind what I sell but it is also buyers responsabilty to ask questions if they are not sure of a discription or product.
