Returns are to be send to our shop MY CUTIES at Tanjong Pagar MRT Xchange, B1-17, 120 Maxwell Road, Singapore 079903. 

You will be given a Merchandise credit to purchase any item listed on Ebay or in My Cuties (Retail Shop). 

However when using merchandising credit on items that requires shipping, the shipping charges will need to be paid before orders will be process. 

If total cost is fully covered by the credit, no further charges will need to be paid.

Partial payment of goods exceeding the merchandise credit is allowed but no refunds for items which amount is under the credit.
