Up for auction is 1 set of 3 pieces Singapore $2 Portrait currency banknotes. This is a special compilation of 3 different versions of the $2 note for the completist - the original $2 paper note, the Millenium edition $2 note, and the latest $2 polymer note.

• Paper $2 Note - First issued on September 9th 1999, these $2 Portrait paper notes replaces the prior $2 ship series notes. Currently the smallest note denomination in circulation.

• Y2K $2 Note - Limited edition issue in December 8th 1999 to commemorate the arrival of Year 2000; this version have the red Millennium Year 2000 logo stamp in place of the prefix.

• Polymer $2 Note - Introduced on January 12th 2006, these $2 polymer notes will replace all above-mentioned $2 paper banknotes. Please click here for press releases on the new $2 polymer notes.

The 3 piece legal tender note set is in mint, (UNC) uncirculated condition. Excellent gift set for worldwide currency collectors. The prefix and serial numbers you receive is different from the exhibit. More exhibits under ITEM 192 here.
