I am using it myself, it shows results. It will be better if you use it with oral medicine and good shampoo.

I have reduced the oral medicine to half a dose (side effect) after see the hair regrow and increased the applied treatment to maintain.

 

Some advises to reduce your hair loss:

1. Wash your hair twice a day; one in the morning and one in the night.

2. Use a shampoo for oily scalp or oily hair (do not use conditioner or 2-in-1 shampoo plus conditioner)

3. After washing your hair with shampoo, feel your scalp to check whether it is still oily after you have rinsed your hair clean. If it is still oily, re-apply shampoo again and wash it again. Sometimes, you need to apply shampoo twice due to Singapore hot climate and the oily scalp.

4. Apply rogaine foam after you have towel-dry your hair before you go to work in the morning. Treat it as a hair mousse.

5. Reduce the in-take of oily food.

6. Sleep early if possible
