Returns and Refunds:

For health reasons only unopened merchandise can be returned and refunded. Please make arrangements for returns within 3 days!!!! after receipt of the merchandise. Refunds will be made deducting shipping and handling charges, all charges connected with the listing and selling of the item. The item is made of Swarovski rhinestones not by Swarovski. Please contact us by email for a return authorization. Please check your shipment immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damage of goods resulting from misuse or carelessness. Jewelry items are very delicate and should be treated as such. These items are designed to be accessories, and are subject to damage if mistreated. If by mistake, you should receive a wrong item, you will be able to determine this by looking at it through the closed plastic packaging. There is no need to open it. We will exchange this item if you leave it in its sealed packaging. If it is removed from the plastic it can no longer be exchanged. Damaged items can be only exchanged, no refunds, and must be in unopened packaging.
