EARLY TELEPHONE OF METAL AND BAKELITE, ONCE HAVING BELONGED TO THE AUTHOR RUDYARD KIPLING (1865-1935) AS STATED ON THE SILVER PLAQUE. THE TELEPHONE IS MANUFACTURED BY PEEL-CONNER TELEPHONE WORKS, COVENTRY, ENGLAND. THE MOUTH PIECE IS STAMPED C108C. THERE IS SOME DAMAGE AS IN THE IMAGES. HEIGHT IS 12 INCHES.
