This is a really lovely silky chiffon scarf. The scarf features hats, shoes and bows design. The material is Polyester. Made in Italy. The scarf measures 30 inches square. Brand new. Please read the terms and conditions below very carefully before bidding. We are sorry that we find it necessary to add the following terms and conditions to our listings. This is an auction sale (or ‘BuyItNow’ fixed price sale) and not a facility for sale or return. Payment: for winning lots should be received within seven days, or at least a notification of method of payment and request to accept delay. No payment or notification within seven days will automatically incur a report to eBay of non payment which can incur a strike against you. Despatch: of goods will be aimed for in 2 to 3 working days after cleared payment. As we work crazy shift hours, on the odd occasion, this time can be a day or two more. To keep cost and prices down we normally post second class. If you win more than one item within a day or two we will combine postage costs. Just let us know and wait for an invoice. The post and packing charges include the cost of quality wrapping and packaging, the trips to the post office and PayPal fees on the p&p charge. Please do not bid if you need the item particularly urgently, however if you e-mail us in good time, in advance, we will try to get the item away sooner or even provide a ‘BuyItNow’ for the item. Similarly, because of the varying work pattern, our response time to messages and questions can be extended for up to a few days. Returns and refunds policy: If the item can be shown to be significantly different from its description then please e-mail us through the message system and we will respond as soon as we can. (Please remember the note from above that our replies can sometimes be delayed because of working shift patterns.) If we have made an error then we will be the first to admit that mistakes happen and refund on return accordingly, including return postage. For shoes and boots, returns are not accepted if the shoes or boots do not fit and the size is clearly marked on the shoe or boot. Underwear and swimwear cannot be accepted back for the obvious hygiene reasons. Should you decide you just don’t like the item, although it was clearly photographed and described, then e-mail us. We will certainly consider refunding on the purchase price after receipt of the returned item. However, please email us before returning anything. In the event of non receipt, having allowed at least 10 days from auction end, please e-mail us so we can double check at our end just when the item was posted. We can then provide proof of posting for you to check with your local delivery office. We cannot take responsibility for non-receipt after we have provided a proof of posting. We have recently had reported that some packets have arrived without postage and incurred a surcharge. All postings go through our local Post Office and we can provide proof of posting. If this happens to you e-mail us and we can give you that proof and a link to Royal Mail where you can report the item and receive a refund of the charges. Feedback: We will leave feedback after allowing time for the item to be received. Again because of working restrictions we do feedback in batches when time permits. we do appreciate positive feedback from buyers but if you wish to leave neutral or negative feedback, before so doing please contact us and discuss your problem or reasons. We have indicated above a reasonable returns policy and negative feedback without prior communication is at the least bad mannered and is against the guidance from eBay. Unjustified negative feedback unfairly questions and brings into disrepute the Seller’s integrity. Negative feedback unjustifiably given will be reported to eBay.
