• For NORMAL MAIL, I will not be liable if package is LOST by the post office.Therefore, Registered Postage is encouraged please add S$2.25 to the postage stated on the listing.
• STRICTLY NO MEET UPS ( Except for bulky items or as stated on the listings (F.O.C meet up charges)  & should be done in Tiong Bahru Mrt or Outram Mrt only at seller's convenience Date & Time.  If buyer request for meet up with the exception of the above rules we charged $2.00 for travelling expenses).

• For Meet-Ups at M.R.T Station: Payment must be made before meet-up via fund transfer (to avoid no-show & joy-bidder).

• ALL items are securely packaged and in good condition when packed. I package all items with great care .Any damage due to gross handling by the post is not the sellers responsibility and is not covered by insurance unless stated otherwise.
• Item conditions and descriptions has been stated above before sales therefore No Exchange or Refund will be entertained.
• I normally  email the picture of your item with the  address and stamps attached already before posting to prove that the item was packed and ready to post.
