Shipping & Handling

All rugs are shipped within 1-2 business day(s) so we can guarantee the quickest delivery anywhere in the United States. All of our shipping services are provided by Fed-Ex for the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska), and all international orders. UPS will be used to ship to Canada. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties for their rug(s). International customers, including customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for the additional fees.We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, therefore we cannot allow pick-up by person.

Note: The shipping charges include all of the following services: Shipping, Handling, Wrapping, Insurance, and warehouse fees.

Payment Information

All payments must be made within 5 days of auction(s) ending. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Please call 1-866-877-0427 or 803- 802-5023). International customers can also wire payments. Please email us at rug_lady99@yahoo.com for international wiring instructions if needed.

Returns: You must notify us and obtain correct instruction on how to ship the rug back within 30 business days of receiving your rug(s). We will then give you the return address and make necessary notes regarding your return. Once your rug(s) have arrived back to our warehouse, you will then be refunded full purchase price less shipping and handling within 3-5 business days.
