Hermès - Evelyne PM Bag


Do not bid on this auction if you cannot live with used items. Up for auction is an excellent pre-owned Hermès Evelyne PM Bag crafted from Crinoline (horse hair) and Barenia leather in Vert Olive color. This combo has been discontinued and is no longer available even on special order. Retail price 2009 for all-leather Evelyne PM bag is $2450 before sales tax and it costs more for Crinoline. The bag measures approx. 12"(W) x 13"(H) x 3.5"(W) with a 38" long shoulder strap (including the hardware). Shoulder strap is made of leather and is not the normal canvas. Hardware is silver palladium. Condition:

  • The bag is in excellent pre-owned condition with minimal wear
  • Crinoline is in good condition with no visible damage
  • Some scratches or nicks from normal use are present on the strap buckle (not very noticeable) which is inevitable
  • The buckle has some black spots due to oxidation but they are not very noticeable (Refer to 7th picture)
  • Interior is lined with fabric lining and is clean without any stain or damage
  • One interior side pocket
  • Corners are perfect without any rub or color-loss
  • Some light scratches are present on certain areas of leather
Overall condition of this bag is excellent and it still has many years of life in it under proper use. Please note that Barenia is a leather which is easily scratched or stained. It is the nature of this leather. If you are very particular about keeping your bags in flawless condition then this leather is not for you. However, Barenia is a workhorse leather and it will develop beautiful patina over time. There is no box or dust bag for this item. Don't forget to visit my eBay store for more Hermès items.
