Please read all terms & conditions below and ensure you are fully in agreement thereof before you bid. I appreciate very much your kind indulgence and esteemed understanding on the matter.

(1) I will endeavour to describe the item as best and as clear as possible and USED items MAY have some blemishes, minor hairline scratches, etc arose from wear and tear, normal use or storage which the photos may not show and this is to be expected and unconditionally accepted. As such and to avoid any possible misunderstanding or disputes, please do not bid for any of my USED items listed if you are a very particular person, or a perfectionist, or unable to accept this understanding. (New items listed may also have inherent manufacturer/seller’s minor blemishes, etc that may arise during shop display, storage, handling, etc and may not be visible casually through the naked eyes). I sincerely seek your kind indulgence and esteemed understanding on the matter, please. Much Grateful.

(2) If I get no communication/response from Successful Buyers/Bidders (both local & international) within three (3) calendar days after close of auction, I unconditionally and without notice reserve the right to treat the Bid as voided and cancelled and to re-list the item.

(3) I will not be responsible for any/whatever damages or lost of the item during shipment.

(4) LOCAL BUYERS:-

(a)   Sale must be completed within three (3) calendar days after close of auction;

(b)   Transaction preferably completed near any MRT station in the West area any time between 11.00am to 7.00pm;

(c)   Sale is treated as complete and final upon delivery and payment received for the said item (No personal cheques, please. No exception on this).

(5) INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:-

(a)   Please contact me for Shipping and Handling information and costs before bidding;

(b)   Pay for actual Shipping and Handling costs;

(c)   Sale must be completed within twelve (12) working days after close of auction;

(d)   Settlement payment of item by Bank Wire, Banker’s Demand Draft or Money Orders (No personal cheques, please. No exception on this);

(e)   Shipping to confirmed address only. Strictly no P.O.Box address;

(f)     Item will be shipped-out by Seller within three (3) working days after Payment is cleared;

(g)   Buyer is fully responsible for any tariffs & taxes imposed by any customs;

(h)   Sale is treated as complete and final upon payment and on shipment of item as evidenced with proper postal/shipping acknowledgement as provided by the Service provider;

(i)     Refund only if item is grossly misrepresented and exclude Shipping, handling, etc costs. Seller must be duly informed officially by Buyer of misrepresentation of item by email within a day after receipt of said item. Refund will be made only after item is returned to Seller at Buyer’s own costs (Shipping, etc) in same condition as it was sold as. Refund remittance will be made within three (3) working days after receipt of the returned item.
